The floor is the values map: left to right from more traditional to more emancipative values, front to back from moral rules as absolute to rules that can bend. Height is institutional trust: confidence in international organisations, trust in other people, faith in science and technology. Each point is one of a model’s 100 runs; the bright core is their average.
WHAT THE MOTION MEANS
Only the six models are measured. The flight between them is drawn to connect them, not measured, and its pace follows the real months between releases. The three dimensions are the three strongest patterns in how the 66 countries answered; across all 128 questions each step is larger still, as the readout shows when a model arrives.
